Ingredients:-
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/3 cup Frank’s Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
6 slices American cheese
6 slices cooked bacon
6 hamburger rolls
Preparation:-
DIRECTIONS
MIX ground beef, Red Hot Sauce and ketchup in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 6 patties.
GRILL over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160ºF), brushing burgers with additional Red Hot Sauce during last few minutes of cooking, if desired. Add cheese slices to burgers 1 minute before cooking is completed.
SERVE burgers on rolls topped with bacon and desired toppings.
