Chicken Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:-

Oil½ Cup
Onions1 Cup, Chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste1 Tbsp
Green Chilies3 – 4, Chopped
Chicken Boneless½ KG
SaltTo Taste
Black PepperTo Taste
Cumin Powder1 Tsp
Coriander Powder1 Tsp
Mozzarella Cheese1 Cup
Coriander½ Bunch
Bread SlicesAs Required

Preparation:-

Place a pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil. Then add sliced onion and saute the onion until translucent.
Add garlic ginger and chopped green chilies, give it a stir. Then add in the chicken and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
Then add salt, pepper, cumin and coriander powder. Mix everything well. Now cover and cook for 5 minutes over medium-low heat.
Switch off the heat and let it cool a little about 3-4 minutes. Then add in the mozzarella cheese and chopped coriander. Mix until combined. Simmer for 05 minutes.
Shred the chicken using forks. And let it cool for a while.
Spoon the mixture over a slice of bread, cover it with another slice and press down.
