The value of armature resistance is usually quite small (less than 1 \u03a9). Armature resistance depends upon the following factors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"ol-008\">\n<li>Length, area of cross-section, and material of armature winding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type of armature winding, that is, lap or wave winding.
