For this mix together the minced mutton along with the parsley, mint, garlic, thyme and salt and pepper.<br>Mix all the ingredients together and form into patties of around 150-180 gms each. Let the patties sit in a covered tray or container for around 1 hour in the refrigerator.<br>To make the sauce, add the mayonnaise, mustard, parsley along with truffle oil and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Mix everything together and allow it to rest for at least 15-30 minutes.<br>To prepare veggies for the burger, cut a tomato and onion into slices and keep aside.<br>Now let&#8217;s cook the burger patty. For this heat some oil in a cast iron pan over medium high heat. Once the oil is hot, place the patty in the pan and cook on each side for 7-8 minutes.<br>Once the patty is almost done, put a slice of cheese on one side of the patty and cover it for 1 minute or until the cheese is melted.<br>Now remove the patty from the pan and in the same pan, toast the burger buns using all the fats that were released from the mutton.<br>Finally let\u2019s start assembling the burger.
