Now it can be tough to understand the organization of AI. For instance, it is common to see terms like&nbsp;machine learning&nbsp;and&nbsp;deep&nbsp;learning get confused. But it is essential to understand the distinctions, which we will cover in detail in the rest of this book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But on a high-level view of things, Figure\u00a01-3\u00a0shows how the main elements of AI relate to each other. At the top is AI, which covers a wide variety of theories and technologies.
