{"id":81,"date":"2024-03-31T15:56:01","date_gmt":"2024-03-31T15:56:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/workhouse.sweetdishy.com\/?p=81"},"modified":"2024-04-06T08:41:49","modified_gmt":"2024-04-06T08:41:49","slug":"meat-lover-cheese-pizza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/workhouse.sweetdishy.com\/index.php\/2024\/03\/31\/meat-lover-cheese-pizza\/","title":{"rendered":"Meat Lover Cheese Pizza"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:-<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> 1 pound pizza dough<br> 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for brushing<br> 8 ounces Italian sausage, mild or spicy<br> 2 teaspoons cornmeal, optional<br> \u00bd cup pizza sauce, or marinara sauce<br> 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese<br> 1 ounce pepperoni, 8 slices<br> 1 ounce Canadian bacon, 2 slices, cut into smaller pieces<br> \u00bc cup cooked bacon, \u00bc&#8221; dice, about 2 slices<br> \u00bc teaspoon oregano, fresh or dried, optional<br> \u00bc teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:-<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat the Oven \u2013 Set the oven rack to the lower position and the temperature to 500\u00baF (260\u00baC).<br>Prepare the Dough \u2013 Allow the prepared pizza dough to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.<br>Cook the Sausage \u2013 In a medium skillet or saute pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the meat, breaking it into small pieces. Cook until browned, about 4 to 6 minutes. Transfer to a bowl to cool while preparing the rest of the pizza.<br>Prepare the Pan \u2013 Lightly brush a large baking sheet with olive oil. Evenly sprinkle cornmeal on the pan if desired for a crunchy crust texture.<br>Shape the Dough \u2013 On a lightly floured surface, stretch and shape the dough into a 10-inch circle\u2014transfer to the baking sheet. Press into a 12-inch circle. Leave the edges slightly thicker, about \u00bd-inch tall and wide. Brush olive oil on the edges to make the crust crispier when baked.<br>Add the Toppings \u2013 Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, followed by the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, sausage, and bacon.
