{"id":83,"date":"2024-03-31T16:05:01","date_gmt":"2024-03-31T16:05:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/workhouse.sweetdishy.com\/?p=83"},"modified":"2024-04-05T16:23:13","modified_gmt":"2024-04-05T16:23:13","slug":"mutton-keema-pizza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/workhouse.sweetdishy.com\/index.php\/2024\/03\/31\/mutton-keema-pizza\/","title":{"rendered":"Mutton Keema Pizza"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:-<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 lbs mutton &#8211; minced<br>2 tbsp olive oil<br>1\/2 cup onions &#8211; chopped<br>1 tsp ginger paste<br>1 tsp garlic paste<br>1\/4 tsp turmeric<br>1\/2 tbsp chili powder<br>1 tsp garam masala<br>1 tsp lemon juice<br>1 tsp salt &#8211; adjust to taste<br>1\/2 tsp cumin<br>1\/2 tsp coriander powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pizza Sauce1\/2 cup cilantro<br>1\/2 cup mint leaves<br>1 green chilies<br>1 tsp garlic paste<br>1\/2 tsp salt &#8211; adjust to taste<br>1 tbsp water<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pizza Base1 1\/2 cup mozzarella cheese &#8211; shredded<br>1 tbsp butter &#8211; unsalted<br>1 egg<br>3\/4 cup almond flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pizza Toppings1\/2 onions &#8211; sliced<br>4 green chilies &#8211; sliced<br>1\/2 red bell pepper &#8211; sliced<br>6 oz mozzarella cheese &#8211; shredded<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:-<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat pan on stove on medium heat and add olive oil<br>Add onions and stir. Cook until softened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add ginger and garlic paste and stir.<br><br>Add turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, and lemon juice and stir.<br><br>Add salt and stir.<br><br>Add mutton kheema (mince) and stir.<br><br>Add cumin powder and coriander powder and mix well.<br><br>Cook until mutton done and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coriander Mint Pizza Sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a blender bowl add coriander, mint leaves, garlic paste, green chilies, salt and water.<br><br>Blend into a sauce and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pizza Base<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a bowl add mozzarella cheese (shredded) and 1 tbsp butter cut into 4 cubes and spread evenly.<br><br>Microwave for 45 seconds and then mix.<br>Microwave for another 45 seconds and mix.<br>Add almond flour and egg and mix well with silicone spatula until flour and egg are well incorporated into the cheese creating a dough.<br><br>The dough is ready when smooth.<br><br>Transfer the dough to a pizza tray or baking sheet on top of parchment paper or silpat.<br><br>Flatten the dough outwards into a circular shape with silicone spatula or palm of hand. Push in the edges to create a crust.<br><br>Poke holes with a fork throughout the dough to minimize bubbling while baking.<br><br>Bake in oven at 400\u00b0F for 10 minutes.
